The residence’s color palette and lighting are designed for versatility — whether it’s the privacy of an intimate library, a tranquil retreat for two, or an impromptu gathering. A defining feature by CHOICE Interior Studio is the dark olive glossy walls, harmoniously combined with a diverse array of textures and materials.
The residence features a curated selection of art: heliogravures by Jan Vermeer (1632–1675), printed in Amsterdam by Scheltema & Holkema in the early 20th century; limited-edition works by pop art pioneer Andy Warhol (1928–1987); and the striking ultramarine creations from Sasha Frolova’s Magnetron series. Guests are greeted by Evgenia Tut's cinematic work from her Ripples series.
The CHOICE interior studio was established in 2016 by Yulia Mnushkina. CHOICE's portfolio encompasses trendy and functional interiors, including the Wynwood Hotel on the Griboyedov Canal embankment. At Hideout, CHOICE Interior Studio designed three residences, developed the visual concept for the public spaces, and created a recycled installation using carefully preserved historic cobblestones.
