A spacious duplex residence up to 75 m² with industrial references by Choice studio and a curated selection of art.
The residence is conceived as a form of intellectual game where natural materials such as metal, stone, wood and diverse textures serve as a backdrop for historical quotes: the sheen of ceramic tiles stretching the full height of the living room, the horizontal shimmer of a patinated mirror through which black-and-white photographs of imperial yachts from the early 20th century seem to appear. The history of the Naval Guards Barracks building and images of ship interiors inspired Choice designers to create the industrial aesthetic of the residence.

Character curatorial project introduces names such as Anatoly Akue, Nina Babaeva, Nadya Star, Anastasia Myachina, Stepan Chubaev, Alena Kovalli, Maria Koroleva, and Lilia Shapran. According to curator Anna Zavediy art with an emotional narrative gives depth and individuality to the interior. All works are available for online purchase or can be acquired directly from the residence.
CHOICE interior studio was founded in 2016 by Yulia Mnushkina. CHOICE’s portfolio has trendy and functional interiors, including the Wynwood Hotel on the Griboyedov Canal embankment. For Hideout the CHOICE interior studio designers projected new residences, created the visual concept for public spaces and a recycle installation with carefully preserved historical cobblestones.
