Hideout Residence — winner of the Sobaka.ru St. Petersburg of the Future 2025 award in the Redevelopment of the Year category.
A new community project in St. Petersburg. A block of historic buildings of the Imperial Marine Guards Crew offering expansive residences, a Scandinavian-inspired garden, artisan studios, and curated gastronomic spaces.Hideout Residence's neighbors in the Kolomna district are the Mariinsky Theater, St. Nicholas Naval Cathedral and the New Holland.

At Hideout Residence, guests are greeted not by standard hotel rooms but by expansive residences—including two-story layouts—fully equipped for both an action-packed weekend escape and a long, comfortable stay.The residences are designed by iconic architectural studios and design firms.

OUR STORY
The history of buildings now known as Hideout Residence dates back to 1738. The headquarters of the elite Imperial Naval Guards Crew were moved here in 1820.
